iPANDI app for iPhone and iPad

iPANDI is an app exclusive to UK P&I and UK Defence Club Members and their brokers. Use it to download up to date and comprehensive information about your entry with the UK P&I and UK Defence clubs to be viewed offline on your iPad.

Key features

Offline use: A single touch will download of all your Club entry information to your iPad to be viewed offline later. iPANDI informs you if premium or claims movements mean your downloaded information is out of date

New Landing Page: NEW FEATURE: A new landing page gives you all the relevant information which has changed since you last updated the app. You can quickly see any Members which have more up-to-date information available as well as a summary of the premium and claims movements which have occurred since you last updated. Hot links take you directly to the correct section of the app.

Notifications: View Club announcements, changes to claims or when premium is paid

--- NEW FEATURE: The app now separates historical notifications and new notifications so that you can easily see the information that is important to you.

Member summary: View your premium history, including outstanding and overdue premium by year and fleet profiles by area and age.

Loss records: View current loss records in standard and in triangulation format. Analyse your record by drilling down to view individual claims by year. Export your loss record record as a PDF.
--- NEW FEATURE: Contact the club about a claim - you can now tap on an individual claim and select the contact club button - this will allow you to send a query on a claim which will automatically reach the correct claims handler

Entered ships: View details of your ships entered for the current policy year
--- NEW FEATURE: You can now view documents which have been issued to each individual ship in the current policy year

Documents: View cover documents for the current policy year e.g. (Certificates of Entry, Blue Cards, Debit Notes, Letters of Undertaking etc). Export them as a PDF.

Brokers: For insurance brokers, iPANDI also provides a Broker Summary; a portfolio display of premium history, including outstanding and overdue premium by year across all your UK Club and UK Defence Club Members.

Download iPANDI from Apple’s App Store or iTunes for free. However, iPANDI is exclusively for the use of Members of the UK P&I and UK Defence Clubs and their appointed brokers. Get in touch with your usual underwriting contact to obtain a licence key for the application.

Downloading iPANDI is free, but your network provider may charge you for downloading and using the application. You will be responsible for these charges.
